The new year is right around the corner. In fact, just a couple of hours more to getting started with 365 days all over again and we just can’t contain our excitement! At Exit Bee, 2016 has been a whirlwind of an year where each of us has been so neck deep into creating something that our customers love, that we sometimes even missed out on talking to each other.

Here we are to share a little about what we have made so far and are working to make it even better for you!

1. We finally gave our website a makeover!

Like everyone else, we too remain focused all this while on creating a software that would help our customers recover most of their sales. In our zeal to do so, our website remained old school and something we ourselves weren’t too proud of.

This year, we made sure our new look went live. Yes, it took endless discussions, hours, rehashing of the design and copy, a few arguments here and there, but we got it through. And this is just the beginning. We’re going to be making it better!

2. We launched a brand new Exit Bee interface

We started Exit Bee to help our customers recover as many of their lost visitors before they left their website. To make sure they don’t lose out on most of their customers, we launched our technology in its beta stage – which meant our interface wasn’t a 100% ready, but was surely helping them recover their customers.

This year we made sure our customers love our interface as much as they loved our technology. The brand new Exit Bee now enables users to create their own campaigns from scratch all by themselves!

3. We started converting your mobile visitors

According to numerous studies, there are only 42% of internet users who access a website using the conventional desktop. The remaining use mobile devices like their smartphones, iPads and other devices to access websites on-the-go.

This year, we launched Exit Bee for mobile. Now your campaign can be designed and optimized to convert all those mobile visitors you have been losing!

4. We added a whole lot of templates

There have been times when our users wanted help in designing their exit intent campaign templates. So we decided to not wait for them to say it and offer them templates for every campaign type.

Each of the templates designed are responsive and optimized for higher conversion rates. The best part about these templates is that they can be easily edited to suit your style and purpose. If you don’t find a template that suits your website, we even offer a premium campaign design now!

5. We introduced insightful analytics

We don’t just want to tell you how many website visitors we stopped from leaving without a conversion. What’s the point in that?

So our team worked on offering you insights that help you understand how your website visitors are interacting with the web pages. We make it possible for you to create smart segments of visitors based on their interaction data to create highly personalized campaigns that are sure to get you more conversions.

And we’re not stopping here, there are a whole lot of integrations coming your way. See them all under the ‘Settings’ >> ‘Integrations’ tab of your Exit Bee account.

Apart from being compatible with all major eCommerce platforms, we are also coming up with a WordPress plugin that will make using Exit Bee even easier.
